You can arrive at Mapledurham House on race day anytime from 7am. Once you are signed in you can collect your race number and set up your station for the day. There will be an aid station provided by us located at the start/finish line with water, squash, hot water and a selection of snacks for the runners. We do recommend that you bring your own food and drink if you have something specific you would like to get you through the event and to ensure that you have enough to fuel you for the entirety of the event.

We will have a gazebo up with the aid station inside, we would recommend that you bring your own tent or gazebo for your support area as you may want some shelter from the wind or rain should there be any, as well as a place to rest between laps. We are happy for you to bring a plus one with you for support on the day. The premises allows camping at a cost of £10.

Please note, we cannot be responsible for any belongings that go missing, we would advise that where possible you keep all personal belongings in your vehicle.

There will be portaloos, a generator for electricity and a limited supply of running water. We will be sure to supply water but we would recommend bringing your own. Where possible, we would like to limit the use of single-use plastic, so please bring your own cups and bottles.
